Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

This week’s topic is Books I Meant to Read in 2020.

There are quite a few books I wanted to read last year but didn’t get around to. Here are a few, in no particular order…

  1. The Giver of Stars by Jojo Moyes
  2. Someone Knows by Lisa Scottoline
  3. The Land of the Cranes by Aida Salazar
  4. Rent a Boyfriend by Gloria Chao
  5. The Stranger by Harlan Coben
  6. American Royals by Katharine McGee
  7. The Cradle Will Fall by Mary Higgins Clark
  8. What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty
  9. Close Case (Samantha Kincaid #3) by Alafair Burke
  10. Secrets of a Charmed Life by Susan Meissner

Hopefully I can circle back to some of these this year!

What are some books you meant to read last year?

  1. I want to read both ‘The Land of the Cranes’ and the author’s earlier book, ‘The Moon Within.’ They’re written in verse so they’re not that long but for some reason I failed to read either of them when I got them from the library. :/
