Hello bookworms!
I’m back with another 2020 Ultimate Pop Sugar Reading Challenge update for you!
As you may recall, I thought it would be fun to post updates on this challenge as I go along rather than have one giant post at the end of the year.
You can take a look at my last post to see what prompts I have already completed.
Here are the prompts I have finished since then…
A book by a trans or nonbinary author
Over the Top: A Raw Journey to Self-Love by Jonathan Van Ness
A bildungsroman
Brown Girl Dreaming by Jacqueline Woodson (A bildungsroman is a coming-of-age novel)
A book with a bird on the cover
The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins
A book from a series with more than 20 books
Until Proven Guilty by J.A. Jance (J.P. Beaumont series has 24 books)
A book with a great first line
The Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith. The first line can be found in my review of the book, here.
A book by or about a journalist
Edge of Evil by J.A. Jance (main character, Ali Reynolds is a journalist)
A book about or involving social media
One to Watch by Kate Stayman-London
If I happen to overlap with prompts as I’m reading, I’m still only going to count one title for that prompt. I’m not really reading to meet the prompts but they’re definitely in the back of my mind as I choose books to read 🙂
Are you completing the 2020 Ultimate PopSugar Reading Challenge? How many prompts have you done so far? Tell me in the comments!
