Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
As you may have gathered, it’s the tenth anniversary of Top Ten Tuesday! Ten years, 500 topics, and I believe it is also Jana’s (aka That Artsy Reader Girl) birthday – happy birthday Jana!
I love this awesome graphic she provided for this week’s post!
This week’s topic is a freebie. I chose to look back at the archive of topics and pick one I hadn’t done yet.
I decided on Books I Want To See Made Into Movies.
Here’s a few books I would love to see a movie adaptation of, in no particular order…
- Scorched by Laura Griffin
- Long Gone by Alafair Burke
- The Hypnotist’s Love Story by Liane Moriarty
- Freefall by Jessica Barry
- Gods of Jade and Shadow by Silvia Moreno-Garcia
- Mirage by Somaiya Daud
- The Rise of Kyoshi by F.C. Yee
- The Wife by Alafair Burke
- China Rich Girlfriend by Kevin Kwan
- Flawed by Cecelia Ahern
There are plenty of others, but for this post I just scrolled through Goodreads to find titles that immediately caught my eye and my imagination.
What did you pick for your freebie this week? Tell me in the comments or drop a link to your Top Ten Tuesday post so I can check it out!
I hope you get film adaptations of all of them!
