The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news both personal and blog-related, recap the past week, and share about what’s coming up for the next week.
Hello bookworms! I am back from hiatus. It was nice to take a step back and be away for a little while! Here’s a recap of the past week, personal and otherwise.
Last Week
Personal: I don’t have much to share personally, which seems to be the theme lately. Things are hard, but I’m still enjoying the distraction of reading as much as ever, if not more. I’m so thankful to be surrounded by my books and to always have something to read.
Blog:
- Top Ten Tuesday: The Last Ten Books I Abandoned
- The Cuckoo’s Calling (Cormoran Strike #1)
- Top Ten Tuesday: Reasons Why I Love…
- Book of the Month Club Picks – May 2020
- 1,000 Words of Summer
Next Week
Personal: I think this will be my last Sunday Post. While I love the idea of these regular posts, I don’t have much to share these days that doesn’t get shared elsewhere on this site. Plus, having done twelve weeks in a row now, I think that’s a nice, even number to end on, don’t you?
Blog: I’ll have a review of Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarity coming next week, along with lots of other fun posts that I brainstormed during hiatus.
I hope everyone had a great week! If anything especially noteworthy happens, I will certainly start up these posts again 😉
Happy reading!
