The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news both personal and blog-related, recap the past week, and share about what’s coming up for the next week.
Hello everyone! Here’s a recap of what’s been going on this week, personal and otherwise…
This Week
Personal: This week felt like another endless mix up of days-that-don’t-make-sense. I suspect I’m not the only one who felt that way! I’ve been reading Long Gone by Alafair Burke to distract myself, which has been helping! A big highlight this week was getting Susan Dennard’s newsletter in my inbox on Friday. I’d highly recommend any readers/writers sign up for it!
Blog:
- Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Bought/Borrowed Because…
- Book Review: Desert Heat by J.A. Jance
- Book Review: How to Love a Jamaican by Alexia Arthurs
Next Week
Personal: It’s probably going to look very similar to last week, and the week before that… Maybe I’ll revisit this section when there is something interesting and different to share! 🙂
Blog: I’m going to do a special post next week for National Poetry Month, in addition to my weekly book review and Top Ten Tuesday post.
Extras
On both Friday and Saturday we went for a walk around the local sports park complex. It was cool and breezy with gorgeous clouds in the sky. Take a look below…
How nice is that? I’m so thankful we live near such nice parks. There weren’t many people out so we were able to amble along leisurely and enjoy our time. It was definitely a great way to decompress after a long week.
Hope everyone is enjoying the rest of their weekends and Happy Easter to those that celebrate!
